use in 3D Graphics (This option in latest Version after CS5) as well as for the
web.. It's help to Create Color effect filter that work on Transprent layer.
This handout provides a simple how-to guide to familiarizing yourself with the
Photoshop environment.
Objectives
This course will introduce some of the basic concepts of
Adobe Photoshop. Upon completion of this course a participant should:
• Introduction with Photoshop environment.
• Basic use of Photoshop Toolbox tools.
• Use options with each tool with the Option Bar.
• Create images using Layers.
Introduction with Photoshop environment
In First View there are some most important things in
photoshop environment.

Toolbox :-
Move tool work to
select any layer (f7 shortcut of layer) or an object which place on new sheet (ctrl+N
and choose custom sheet). Bt use of this tool we can move and select an object
which place on layer.
Marquee tool (M
shortcut) Marquee tool is an option we can draw an transparent object on sheet
in shape of Rectangular and Elliptical. We can also draw Horizontal and vertical
raw.
Selection tool :-
There are there 3 tool category in selection tool. Lasso Tool (L shortcut) this
is free hand selection tool. Polygonal Lasso tool this is node selection tool. Magmatic lasso tool this tool is work as a magnet with color pixels. That will
select the closest color pixel of object (You can switch the lasso tool by
Shift+L).
Magic band tool (W)
This tool select all the same color range pixel on current sheet.
Crop tool (C) use of
this tool you can cut the image in square size after select this you can also
rotate the crop tool and cut you sheet according the same (there is some other
sub tool of this which we will learn some of next learning process).

Brush Tool draw your
choice color choose default pattern of Photoshop library and do some creative
skill same as other sub tool like pencil.
Clone stemp Tool (Learn

Erase Tool (E) simplify by name that will erase your object.
Gradient (G) make
Gradient by the use of color complex and fill in selected object or select
area.
Blur Tool this tool
will blur that object. Sharpen tool will shape your object. Smudge tool will
mess the object that will loose the object.
